By sharing your action shots with us you're helping to inspire the next generation of shooting sports enthusiasts and encouraging those who may want to try shooting to commit, and have a go. Even better, sharing your content can help to dismiss common myths about hunting and wildlife management while helping other hunters and shooters. Whether it's how to negotiate a difficult landscape and terrain, or learning about the seasonal behaviour of wildlife to top tips on shooting clay pigeons; it all helps.

Of course your exploits may not always go to plan! Your action shots can be funny and informative too. The weather won't always be in your favour and sometimes the quarry just won't show up, so we want to see your kit in the highs and lows of your exploits. If you're prepping your quarry in the field or taking game meat home for the freezer, share the hows and whys and if you've got prepping hacks we want to see them too!
Preparing, preserving, cooking and storing are all part of this journey as well. Your action shots can show others that hunting isn’t just a trophy sport where a photo and a head on the wall is the goal - it is so much more.
When you submit your action shots, make sure that you took the image (or have the permission of the person who took the photo to share it with us) and the permission of anyone in the image that they're happy for their image to be entered into our competition. Images may be used on Viking Arms social media. A competition winner will be announced in early 2023.
