First off, Pete checks out the velocity. He finds that the Midas ammo clocked in at an average velocity of 1,040.6 feet per second (fps), offering consistency crucial for accuracy.

Next looking at standard deviation, The standard deviation, a measure of velocity consistency, averaged an impressive 8.9 fps. This low deviation is a testament to the quality of the ammunition.

He then moves to accuracy. To evaluate the Midas ammo's accuracy, Pete conducted a series of 5-shot groups at 50 yards and the results were really impressive:

• Group 1: 0.325 inches
• Group 2: 0.390 inches
• Group 3: 0.386 inches
• Group 4: 0.312 inches (the best group)
• Group 5: 0.438 inches

The average group size came in at a remarkable 0.370 inches, showcasing the potential of this ammunition even when fired from a non-target rifle.
