Viking’s own Josh Fletcher has completed his Level 4 Sales Executive apprenticeship after two years of hands-on hard work. Read about what he’s learned, in his own words.

We are very proud of Josh Fletcher, a Viking team member who just completed his two year apprenticeship as a Level 4 Sales Executive, accredited by Perato Law. Congratulations Josh!

Josh started with Viking in September 2020 as part of Andy Norris' Sporting Sales team. Over the past two years, he  applied himself wholeheartedly and developed his own sales knowledge and skills through this certification programme.

“My apprenticeship taught me about how to communicate with people who have different personality styles,” he shares. “It also taught me how to bypass rejections and build upon them for further communication.”

He recommends the Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship as a great option for anyone who wants hands-on training and certification at the same time.

“I chose to do an apprenticeship because I wanted to gain an accreditation while working in a sales role,” he explains. “It pairs well with the work you do in sales. You can see in real time the lessons you learn being put into practice.”

Josh says Andy Norris at Viking Arms “deeply inspired” him to reach this goals. The whole team at Viking is delighted to have helped Josh succeed in completing his apprenticeship.
